I often felt useless and couldn't do anything right. Although I got into a good 211 university, I truly hated my major and my grades were barely passable. This probably stems from my father's educational style since I was a child, he had high expectations of me, and I was a free-spirited individual who would be scolded if I didn't meet the requirements.
Every day I live with extreme low self-esteem and self-hatred, always feeling low in emotional and intellectual intelligence, and seeing no hope for the future.
I don't have many friends around me, and I was isolated as a child, so I especially value friendships now, and one word from a friend can make me sad all afternoon.
Even though many people complimented me on my good looks, I always felt that it was superficial and that the real problem was in my personality.
I now have a habit of blaming myself for whatever comes my way, or that I'm supposed to be this awful person.
Hello, owner, I'm Whale Social Worker Kissing Wind.

The owner often has self-loathing, but very often our thoughts are not objective. You say you have a low IQ, but you were able to get into a 211 university, which means your IQ is definitely not bad ah! Many people put their best foot forward to not get into such a school.
In our daily life, we can try these methods to adjust our mind:
Try to do something that will boost your confidence.
Self-loathing often stems from a lack of self-confidence, so do more small, simple things to build up a sense of accomplishment, such as accomplishing a small goal, and dispelling inner gloom with a sunny mindset.
Trying to correct bad habits
Identify your bad habits and correct them one step at a time, which can improve your life and boost your confidence and happiness.
Find a clean place to recuperate
If the self-loathing is severe, find a quiet place to relax for a while and let the mood calm down.
Positive communication with friends
Talk to your friends more and listen to the positive things they have to say about you, this can help you get out of the spiral of negativity.
Self-loathing can affect every aspect of your life, so make sure you give yourself lots of encouragement. If the situation is serious, it is recommended to seek help from a professional counselor as soon as possible, who will give you scientific guidance.
Good luck~ (Whale Social Worker)
