The harder you work, the more tired you get? Learn these points to easily adapt to a busy life

I feel especially exhausted from working so hard every day, and I can't stand the idea of pushing myself to the limit.

I always wish I could get used to this hectic pace.

Do you think people are born a little lazy?

In real life, it is a very common objective fact to feel tired from hard work, which is not good or bad in itself.

The key question is how you face and handle the situation.

❶ Understanding and acceptance

If you feel okay consciously, and the subconscious mind (e.g., body sensations, emotions, distractions) is not reacting abnormally negatively, then you are truly accepting of the status quo.

This is a healthy state of endeavor, full of positive energy like an inspirational story.

❷ Resistance and repression

Although rationally I understand that I must work hard, inside I am actually unhappy and still resisting the tiredness.

There are degrees of resistance: mild resistance is human, and no one likes to be burdened; but if the resistance is severe, or even unconsciously represses these feelings, then it becomes a problem.

Repression is not solved by adapting to busyness; adapting is only superficial, but problems, emotions or traumas repressed into the subconscious mind will sooner or later explode into big trouble.

If it's a mild case, don't be too concerned;

But if it's very distasteful, you need to listen to your inner feelings, these are the subconscious mind speaking out, adjust yourself according to your heart and appease your inner self in order to move forward in a healthy and smooth way.

People are lazy by nature and will instinctively resist problems and pain.
