Sophomore year of high school, when I go to school it's annoying, should I go to school or not?

I'm a sophomore in high school this year, from the beginning of the school year to now basically did not go to school, the school will be particularly irritable, feel almost collapse, do nothing is no energy, life is also particularly boring, a little bit of schooling heart. If I don't go to school, I can't keep up with my studies. I really don't know what to do. I hope some teachers can give me some advice, thank you.

Classmate, you are now a sophomore in high school, about sixteen or seventeen years old, it is the age of youthfulness, should be carefree, but because of the should go to school and tangled troubles. I am a heart exploration coach Yu, to talk to you casually about this topic.

Let's start with emotions. Emotions are actually those subjective feelings in the heart, which are a mixture of various thoughts and behaviors in a mental state. The basic ones are happiness, anger, sadness and joy, but when emotions come up, they are often more complicated than that.

Emotions are neither good nor bad, but each emotion may be the result of a need within us that is not being met. For example, if we miss a good opportunity, we will be sad, if we lose a baby, we will be angry. So emotions are like a channel, follow it and you can find out what you really think. Like you said, when I go to school, I get bored and it's not fun.

We can ask ourselves, how long has this state lasted? Do any of the students around you have similar feelings?

And again, if irritability could talk, what would it tell me?

Maybe it's saying, I want to change!

When we are not satisfied with the status quo, but do not know what we want, or know but do not dare to take action, or do not know where to start, at least it means that we still want to become better.

It might also say, "I'm going crazy staying in school, and I'm afraid of falling behind if I don't go, so what should I choose?

But life can not predict the future, unless you go that far, no one knows the outcome of the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong in the world, just different paths.

At least there's a voice reminding that all experiences have their meaning.

Now think again, what would I do if I wasn't so irritable? What would my ideal self look like? What do I really need? What could I do about it?

Some schools reclassify sophomore year, and I wonder if you're just going through this? When you change to a new environment, there is less of the security of familiarity and more of the unfamiliar, and everyone has to adjust. But students, there are many things you can't choose, we have to learn to understand and adjust.

Also ask yourself, are you bored with school because you hate the rules? Bad relationships with classmates? Fear of teachers or grades? Or something else?

So students, look inside and see what you really want. How can we be satisfied with what we're doing? Then try to reconcile with your emotions. When negative emotions come, record your feelings and write them down for yourself. Being bold and honest can help us see the root cause. You can also take a deep breath and listen to a song, do some exercise to divert attention, meditation or positive thinking is also quite useful.

It's not easy to try to resolve this right away since it's bothering you. Try to talk to your mom and dad, take time off to rest is not an escape, sometimes do not need them to do anything, just in front of them to express truthfully, catharsis, because the release can be easy to move forward, the support of the family is very important. If you feel the need, you can also find a counselor to talk about, the emotions always have to have an outlet to relieve the blockage of the heart.

Take advantage of the rest more contact with nature, breathe fresh air, feel the flowers and birdsong, let the mood good. When we see the real side of life, we can put down the baggage, relax the heart, love yourself a little more, fault tolerance will make more good.
