How to dissolve the angst and depression when emotions get out of control and find your true inner needs

Do you often feel emotionally unmanageable and unclear about what you really want, even to the point that it interferes with your daily work?

Hey, buddy! A warm virtual hug to you first. I'm glad you've taken the initiative to share what's bothering you, and I hope my advice will bring you some support and inspiration. I'd like to give you kudos for already realizing your agitation and depression, which is the first step towards self-awareness.

I want you to know that emotions are not meant to be suppressed or controlled, but rather they need to be seen, accepted and responded to with intention. Especially when you learn to live with your emotions and slowly become aware of the real needs behind those uncomfortable feelings, the negative impact of emotions on you will lessen.
