From dorm isolation to emotional freedom: a college student's guide to self-help in relationships

I grew up with a bit of low self-esteem and timidity. I was often laughed at by my classmates because of my stuttering, and I was especially afraid of speaking on stage, always afraid to express myself.

Now in college, the dormitory classmates do not get along very well, there are two girls with a strong personality, often isolate me, making me feel particularly sad and painful.

Sometimes I try to ingratiate myself with them, but it seems awkward and they don't take it well.

But I think they're actually quite nice people and have more cheerful personalities than I do, so I'd especially like to know how I can avoid falling into loneliness and depression and become an emotionally mature person.

Hi owner, I'm glad to talk to you about this topic.

One of the most important things you can do to be emotionally stable is to learn to understand emotions and know where they come from and where they go.

According to a study by Prof. David Hawkins

Emotions are actually a form of energy with different levels and dimensions.

So the key to adjusting your emotions is to find the right approach and direction.

But emotions are invisible and difficult to measure with specific tools.

The least we can do is start by keeping our minds and bodies happy.

Getting more exercise boosts your body's production of dopamine and endorphins, which can make you feel happy.

Also, talk to more positive and positive people or ask for advice from experienced seniors.

Develop a good habit of reading to find solutions to life's problems.

All of these methods are easy to follow and I hope they help you.
