Nurses have a stressful job? A few tips to make it easy to deal with stress at the top

As a nurse working in a hospital, I often feel tremendous work pressure. While taking care of patients poses no less of a challenge, the biggest headache is the endless checkups, exams and extra tasks from superiors. Rest time is already less than in ordinary professions, but even the rare vacations have to be used to write papers, do PPTs or make all kinds of plans. I feel that I can never meet the high requirements of my superiors, new tasks come and go, and overtime work has become a daily routine. This state is driving me crazy, and I really don't know how to relieve it.

Hello, I am Whale Social Worker Kissing the Wind, and today I would like to talk to you about the stress problem of nurses. First of all, I would like to pay tribute to all my nurse friends. Your work is very sacred, helping doctors to save lives and make great contributions to society. Thank you for your hard work!

In fact, no job in the world is easy and every profession has its difficulties. This is especially true of the nursing profession. With little rest time, heavy workload and the need to cope with all kinds of extra tasks, it is indeed breathtaking.

Perhaps we can think about it from another angle. The original intention of the hospital in arranging all these papers, PPTs and programs may be to enhance your abilities and help you learn and grow continuously, so that you can better serve the community. However, if you are overburdened, it will be counterproductive and affect your work motivation.

If your hospital colleagues all feel that the workload is too much, you can try to collectively bring it to the attention of your superiors to see if you can adjust the tasks appropriately. After all, if everyone is working with resistance, they will be less efficient. Maintaining communication and a positive mindset is key.

I hope these tips help, and I wish you all the best of luck with your work and your minds and bodies! (Whale Social Worker)
